Generate Your Email Signature

All staff should have a standard email signature

Please put your details in below and click 'generate' so that your personal signature can be created.

How do I use this tool?
Just fill out the fields to the right. On the next screen you'll see your completed signature and will see instructions for how to copy and paste it into Outlook.

What are Optional Fields?
Those with specific titles (e.g. Sir, Dr, Prof) can add them in the optional Title field to have it appear before their name.

Some staff at LIS have secondary job titles (i.e. Professor AND Head of Qual), and so the optional secondary job title field allows both titles to be displayed.
